  • Where is the store based?

  • When do you usually ship orders?

    Regular Orders:
    I ship orders 5-7 business days after receiving them!

    Pre-order Items:
    Estimated shipping dates will be available under the product information. These dates are estimates as to when a product will be sent out, so timing may vary.

    Any regular items that are ordered in the same cart as pre-order items will be sent out once the pre-order item is available, not separately!

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Once shipped to you, arrival dates are as follows:

    Canada: 5-7 Business days
    USA: 7-15 Business days
    International: 15-35 Business days

    Tracking will not be available as it increases shipping prices by around 5-8 times it's regular price and i'd like to make shipping as affordable as possible.

  • What do I do if my package hasn't arrived and it's after the arrival dates?

    If your package hasn't arrived yet and it has been over the following amount of time since your package has been shipped:

    Canada: 2 weeks
    USA: 1 month
    International: 2 months

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
